AMAG’s Audi Switzerland division approached us with a problem. Over 140 Audi dealers and Service partners exist in Switzerland. Many partners did not have a web presence or had a website that did not comply with Audi corporate identity. What Audi needed, was a web platform that would allow all Audi partners to easily create a website enabling them to reach to their local customers, while complying to the Audi CI guidelines.
IN A NUTSHELL

A WEB PLATFORM TO PLEASE THEM ALL
Different types of Audi partners, whether dealers or service partners, have different needs. In order to deliver a platform that answered these needs, we spent quite some time defining what the platform would do, what needs would it answer for both partners and customers. We worked on design, user experience and functionality specifications until the platform was fully conceived.
The audipartners.ch web application we developed is an advanced multi-site network that allows for all Audi partners to have their website under the Audi brand umbrella. While remaining compliant with the corporate identity of the brand, partners can introduce their company and team, communicate upcoming events, list their available cars, but more importantly, express what makes them unique and special.
The platform remains under on-going development as we introduce new features every few months.
FULL OF CONTENT
Content is the most crucial element of a website, but car dealers often don’t have a marketing team, nor the time to produce much content. To avoid the problem of delivering empty sites, we set-up a shared content publication platform on audipartners.ch which allows Audi Switzerland to publish content to all websites of the network, or to specific types of partners. Thanks to this solution, a partner with zero publications still has a living website with content added regularly.
SELF PUBLISHED BUT COMPLIANT
When partners want to take content in their own hands, they can. The content management system has been tailored so they can easily add their own content. It has also been limited to avoid styling errors that would go against the Audi Corporate Identity guidelines. When publishing news article, great photos go along text thanks to a shared media library containing photos of the latest Audi models.
CLIENT RELATIONS WITH 140 STAKEHOLDERS
Once the audipartners.ch web application was completed, our job was far from being done. We then had to help partners get their websites. This is an on-going process, but our job is to provide a high quality customer support to help each partners get their website up and running in a short time. We arrange photo shoots for their team and showroom; recommend them which type of content will help them get more impact with their customers, and provide clear documentation to help them use the platform independently and learn about new functionality.
